Welcome Back!

We’re ready to get back into the school routine.= I know the students are refreshed and ready for the challenges that await them in the third quarter.

There has been a change in personnel-Mrs. Sarah Sasen will be assuming the duties= of Music teacher. I thank Mr. Ja= nnetti for the time he spent at Blessed Trinity inspiring the students to apprecia= te and develop their musical talents. <= /span>

The second quarter grading period ended on the 21^st of December. Report cards are scheduled to be g= iven out on Monday, January 7^th. &n= bsp; Honor awards will be given out after mass on Wednesday, January 9th.

The Children’s Home Society of Florida was once again very appreciative o= f the many gift donations. Through = your generosity, more than 900 children truly had a wonderful Christmas. Thank you for your support and gen= erous giving to those who are in need.

There is a Home and School Association Meeting on Tuesday, January 15^{th at
6:00pm. Please plan to attend! A separate note has been sent home
informing you of the need of a special election for the position of Vice
President.}

Also on Tuesday, January 15^th, there will be a School Wide Open House from 6:30-7:30pm= . A separate note has been sent home informing you of this event.

It's time to take a m= oment to make sure the following items are in order:

1.&n= bsp; Have you mo= ved, changed jobs or changed cell phone numbers? Please make sure the school office= has been notified of any changes and that all pertinent information is kept current. This is extremely important should we need to contact you during the day in case of an emerge= ncy.

2.&n= bsp; Is your child’s school uniform fitting properly and in good condition? Boys pa= nts that have faded and are no longer a Navy blue need to be replaced. The children are growing so make s= ure the length of the skirts and pants are acceptable.

3.&n= bsp; Are your child’s school supplies in need of being replenished? Items such as pens, pencils, marke= rs and notebook paper are used daily. We do have these items available for sale in the school store.

In-house registration packets for the 2008-2009 school year will be sent home with the students who are currently in Kindergarten throu= gh Seventh grade. Please look for these = in your child’s book bag on January 16^th. Siblings in our Pre-K progr= am will automatically receive a registration form for Kindergarten. You will need to request a registr= ation form for all other siblings. =

Catholic schools week will begin January 28^th. A separate letter regarding this w= eek will be sent at a later date.

Young Rembrandts, the afterschool art, enrichment program, wishes you and your family a= ll good things in 2008.

A new drawing session starts the first week after school resumes in January. Call if you need an enrollment flyer. We welcome late enrollments. EVERY CLASS HAS A NEW LESSON THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.

Our unique curriculum teaches children fundamental drawing techniques and conce= pts in a proven, systematic manner. You will be amazed at the progress they make.&= nbsp;
